Replacing a roof hatch
I am looking for recommendations for someone to replace the roof hatch on my brownstone. I want something secure, that can be opened easily.

Front Doors Take Them Please
Trying again with a picture.
Pair of doors rescued from trash bin. They don't fit my brownstone maybe they will fit yours.
Size 91" by 29 1/2" by 3 1/2".

Interview a few rental brokers. A really good rental broker will be able to help you price it and find good tenants for you. They will have access to rental comps. The rental market is slow now so there may not be too many apartments (or any) currently for rent that are similar to your apartment.

It is NOT illegal to advertise the school district. Brokers have been sued for erroneously advertising that a property is within a certain school district (yes, the notorious 321!)

In 2007 we replaced the boiler in our 3 family using Martin Plumbing. They gave us the best price for both the boiler and a new hot water heater. They've also been our plumbers for the past 10 years and we are really happy with them. Their number is 718-965-0500.
