There is nothing else on it on the website. Are there any other forms that should have been filed for the new C of O to be issued?
The closing date on the contract is set to be by the end of August. The seller agreed that having the 2 Fam c of O is a condition for closing. Based on what's on the website, I'm I to think that closing will still be doable for August? Our loan application is right on track and valid until 8/30. If a Temporary C of O is an option, how long does that take to get? This is our first home purchase and really like the property, we are just very nervous right now about this. Not sure what to expect since we need to make arrangements right now if do get to close by the end of August. Any advise on this would be really appreciate it.

We need to find a licensed, reliable and responsible contractor that would come in to give us a quote on work that needs to be done on a house that we are trying to purchase. The work involves replacing a center 6x6 support beam and seven 4x8 sister damaged joists. We are first time home buyers and we need to find a good contractor. Thank you all in advance.
