I have been inside and the place should be condemned. It is hard to believe someone is actually living in it. The only plus is the location (PPW) but it is in the shadow of an ugly non descript building next door.
Absolutely everything needs to be done to this house. There is not much charm other than the fact it is a house on PPW. There are holes in the ceilings, the walls, the house has not been touched, cleaned or minimally maintained in many many years at best.
Whoever buys it will need to put an awful lot of money into it to bring into the 21st century.

Unfortunately this is all too common. This happened to me about 5 years ago when I was selling my apartment on the Upper East Side. Bellmarc Realty lifted my listing that I put on the NY Times web site. I immediately called Bellmarc and sent them a cease and desist email. I was furious. When you do a FSBO you have to be very careful. A lot of real estate companies will approach you and say you can list on their site or they ask to come by and just take some pictures that they list on their site. If a customer comes through their site then they claim that they represented you. It is an ugly business.

We went last summer and frankly it was pretty mediocre. The fries were greasy and the hot dogs were nothing to shout about. It has potential but the inside is bare and depressing. We were very disappointed.

The Windsor Terrace house looks much better in pictures.
The house is dumpy, smells like a dog and needs a fair amount of work done to it...bathrooms, the rental, etc. The rental is a dank, dark basement.
It is totally overpriced.

I believe it is an estate sale.

There is also a bus stop right in front of the house.

I actually saw the interior. It is a total wreck and hard to believe the former owner could live in such squalor. The only thing going for the house is the address. Everything needs to be done to this house from the guts to the outside and every interior space nothing is really worth saving. I think it is grossly overpriced even for a "diamond in the rough". I don't think the previous owners put one cent into the upkeep.

We love this place. While most Park Slopers think Geido or even Blue Ribbon are the places to go we always disagree. Taro is always our 1 and only choice for sushi. A little sparse on the decor but we always come away pleased. The last time we tried the Chefs special...definitely recommend it.

We went a few months ago after hearing rave reviews. The ambience is nice but the food was far from memorable and we felt nickle and dimed. We had the prix-fixe but when we ordered their "homemade" tortillas that were the size of a half dollar we were charged a wopping $4 for 4 tortillas. I would not recommend this place. There are so many other interesting latin places to choose from, why settle for this.
