I'm familiar with the building (been looking at it for awhile). The unit sold in April for $960/SF did have a slight view of the Manhattan Bridge, but it was also only a one Bedroom/home office. That is to say that the second room had no windows. True 2brs are rare in Walentas buildings which makes me think that this thing sells.

BTW, not sure where people are getting the desperation. I think this owner is pretty damn smart for trying to save 6% of 1.5M. He or she can always go with a broker later.
