Recs for cabinet door painting/spraying?
I have about 25 new cabinet doors/panels/drawer fronts that need to be primed and sprayed. I had them made and the person I had lined up to do the work cancelled. All my other contacts are backed up. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.

I may be too late to chime in, but.....definately supervise them. There were two dishes in our building when we moved in. One was fine, the other dish was drilled right into the roof!!!

The poster who said "Tell your tenant NO" is out of line.
Federal law, enforced by the FCC, allows TV antennas, and DBS (satellite) dishes up to 40" diameter, on almost any properties. There are few exclusions, such as where they would damage historic buildings.
The tenants can't damage your building (except with your permission...holes for bolts and wiring, etc), but they can place it anywhere that would be "exclusive use", i.e.: where they have control of people accessing it. That would include balconies and patios.
It's best to work with them to "do it right", rather than fight. You could even do a common system, with a single TV antenna and dish(es), to feed several units in a building...that keeps things nice and neat.

Thanks, I am looking for hot water radiant—it will run through out three floors, and I think electric will become very expensive to run….
Still hoping for some more recs!

We had radiant heating installed on all 4 floors of our newly renovated PH home and used A & D PLBG LLC Phone: 800-236-0700, 120 EVERGREEN AV BKLYN NY 11206. They did a terrific job.
We had spoken to several plumbers about radiant heating in our research and most of them tried to talk us out of it as they had no clue on how to install it and wanted us to go with traditional heating options which is what they were comfortable with. We are glad we stuck with radiant heating and found a contractor who engaged A & D Plumbing as part of our overall renovation. The radiant heating price was not broken out separately so I do not know how much it was on its own.
We have used it now for 2 winters and it is very comfortable heating that is distributed throughout each floor (both hardwood and tile floors) as it runs evenly under the floor. It is a pleasure to walk around with bare feet on wood and tile floors, not hearing the constant banging of steam/water pipes. We have also noticed our heating bills have been lower then previous years even with the increase of energy costs.

Brooklyn Kitchen & Bath on 5th Ave @ Garfield. I was set to go with Restoration Harware, but it was crappy, looked for a while online and wasn't finding too much I liked at a price I liked. I walked in there, found what I wanted and got it. They sell many diff. version of what you see downstairs. HTH
