Seeking seller's agent in Williamsburg
Looking to sell my Williamsburg condo. Can anyone personally recommend a RE Agent who is familiar with the neighborhood, and provide some details about what it was like to work with them?
Please, no responses from agents recommending themselves. I will ignore them.

seeking w'burg handyman
Have a few minor things left over from a recent renovation: some drywall repair, a couple of moldings, etc. Need handyman convenient to Williamsburg for this smallish job. Any recommendations greatly appreciated. Thanks very much -

tybur6: Why shouldn't owners charge what the market will bear? Why should they do anyone a favor? A rental is a business transaction. Park Slope is a great neigborhood. Thus, it's expensive. If you aren't making enough money, you'll have to live in a less nice neighborhood. Maybe it's not fair, but like my mom used to tell me: life isn't fair.
