You can see prostitutes going at it at night on the street, especially during the summer when the trees grow over the lighting.
The air quality is a bit stiffling at times. fumes from atlantic avenue and the airborn asbestos dust in the air can be found on your car in the morning. There is alternate side parking, so if you hate the cold and the rain, sorry if you dont move your car, you will get a ticket at 8:02AM.
Your best bet, save your money, that neighborhood still has a long way to go, unless you carry a gun.....
