3.) How much is the new electric of a 800 SQF unit?

If there has been one important thing in construction it has always been the right contractor. No doubt! I am starting a project and I URGENTLY need somebody. But.............what about the budget. Is he really reasonable? Please tell us about what he charges with concrete numbers. Thank you

Ours was a gut renovation and the total cost was approximately $180,000, including labor and all materials. Nick Perper's bid was tens of tousands of dollars lower than four other contactors' bids, though one of the other bidders asked me to let him do the job for the same price after the bids were in!

Nik re-built our three story building's staircase due to old, split headers, deteriorated treads/risers, and other issues that were hidden from view when we bought our 1920 brick building.

He, and as importantly his workers, were professional, courteous, clean, and were sensitive to the other tenants and warned everyone when excessive noise/dust was to be expected. They did not do a lot of finish work for us, but the work they did do was great and I strongly recommend them.
