I suggest you to extend the platform stair case is sitting on or a new longer staircase

I'd have a clay artist to make a duplicate of the original piece, make a rubber mold of it, cast the pilaster capitals w/ new plaster and replace all the damaged capitals with new ones based on the original architecture of the house
I'll publish some of my exclusive plaster molding restoration works in upstate, NY as well as new traditional construction in the hamprons when I upgrade my plaser website
