Black Aphids
I've always used a spray bottle containing liquid dish soap and water. Spraying it on my rose bushes to rid/keep bugs off my flowers. It won't harm your plants nor children. (or the environment)
Roofer Recommendation
The roofer I have used for years is Stardust Roofing in Gerritsen Beach Brooklyn. Eddie is great with good prices. I moved to SI and he just re did my roof and clapboard siding in my 1920 home. He's done flat roofs for friends in Bklyn as well. Licensed and insured.
