Well they are kind of New York-centric names given the Dakota apartment building on Central Park West in Manhattan and the Montana on Broadway between 87th and 88th again in Manhattan. Maybe they are trying to attract buyers from the Upper West Side.

By what logic should this guy be forced to use his own money on his own property to build apartments for people who can't afford them on their own?

also it isn't true that there is not a lot of light. It's south-facing. It's practically sun-drenched.

I used to live in this building. The people, including the live-in super, are really nice, and the building is well kept. The price is high given the market conditions, previous sales in the building, and the condition of this apartment. At 1.1 or 1.2 million, maybe 1.3, it's a good deal.

Uh, Johnny, the flag in the picture is the stars and stripes. The stars and bars, the Confederate battle flag, is not a flag likely to be flown by many Obama supporters. Funny coming from someone mocking the lack of intelligence from Republicans.
