Has anyone dealt with Brownstone Real Estate LLC? Good/bad/indifferent? Could find any comments in other posts.

Yeah, ugly building but ultimately this could help. Claver Place is showing some signs of progress and it's too bad no one can tear down the vacant building at the corner surrounded by the new construction.
I'm secretly hoping the back part of the building (on Claver) will be condos.

I agree, 5th floor walkup is worth it for light/privacy/quiet.
