the Halstead listing says there is a "fitness center" -- maintenance in this place seems pretty reasonable given that its a doorman building.

broker is an a$$ not only for the psychobabble about SRO but he has the wrong day on the open house. he didn't show today, its on sunday......whole bunch of unhappy folks walked there in the cold today.

From the Bloomberg article: Stribling Marketing Associates, exclusive broker for the property, has sold just 18 units since March, compared with an average of 14 a month in each of the prior 10 months.

So velocity went from 14/month to 2/month. They are so f'd. Can you rent these units yet?!!
