Boiler Replacing
Am looking at a brownstone where the boiler is old and needs replacing. I believe it is more efficient to have one on every floor. Does anyone know how much it would cost? Also, what will switching from Oil to natural Gas cost or what impact may it have? Thanks!!
Replacing Kitchens and bathrooms
Am looking to completely replace the kitchens and bathrooms in a brownstone I am looking at. I heard it might be around 40K per floor normally is reasonable. Am looking for thoughts as I plan for the expense Thanks
