I think making people register would help. Once they can't stay anonymous, people tend to be less brazen about their stupid comments.

192 Spencer might move units faster if they'd show up at the open houses. Last Sunday it was advertised from 1-4pm. I got there at 1:15 and the guard said no one from the developer was there yet, so I left and came back at 3:45 and the whole thing was locked up. Maybe they've given up...

Gee Champura - I wonder how many brazen comments you have made as a "guest" seeing as how your profile shows only 2 postings under your current alias.

Wha da matter sumone hurt poor baby feelin?
If you can't take the heat stay out of the kitchen. What do you fucktards (I really like that word) expect for asking stupid questions about your overpriced homes in some of Brooklyn's shittier neighborhoods? Oh I know Bed-Stuy, Bushwick they are all wonderful, everytime I go through them I feel like the movie Pleasantville. Having an anonymous blog allows the truth to come out without the politeness of having to worry about the other persons response or retaliation for the TRUTH!

I can't believe that someone is calling someone else a "fucktard"
middle school?

I would love to read this blog for the chat about historical home renovation and the real estate watch-dog content without all the negativeity, sarcasm, name-calling and other sillyness.

I am with OP, Mrs. L and Brooklynista--constructive input is ALWAYS appreciated-check the southstuy blog for my rant on this issue.
