Saw this today. I was very impressed. I'm a new [prospective] buyer and predisposed to the older buildings with a bit more character. However the interiors impressed me quite a bit. The area seems to need a little love though. Any thoughts on the area from folks who know it a little better? Would I want to walk around here at night?
