I thought it was pretty well known that the Catholic church never sells ANY of their property, even in the poorest parishes. They aren't paying taxes on it so they can afford to let it sit empty. I'd be more interested in who is paying for all renovations if it is going to be used by PS 133 and what's going to happen to the building after they move out?
