Actually looks nice on corcoran website listing. 1.5 for 1840 sq ft. Like the floor plan. Still too expensive, though. Guess an IB who got some bailout money was able to get this.

Sounds like mice. Had the same problem maybe 10 years ago. Those scratching sounds are classic. My landlord at the time got us four of those sticky traps and we placed them throughout the apartment and then plugged areas with steel wool. Nasty, but caught the mice.

Brenda, I just ran across this...it's a strobe light that's supposed to get rid of squirrels and rats from attics etc. No idea how well it works.
