I eat here once a week. The Seafood Fra Diavolo is fantastic, it's usually a special. The white clam sauce is probably the best I ever tasted, and the chicken marsala, rolatini and francese are all excellent. The only real downside is the god awful music they play.
Gypsy Kings, Mario Lanza? Please! The service is excellent too.

This place wouldn't pass for a mexican joint in a Dutch airport. Absolutely useless food.

Nice people, nice food. The place is a bit of a dump though, so you might want to pick up some goodies and eat at home, if you can't get a place at the sushi bar. I'm not sure I'd call it Brooklyn's best either, but if you don't want to schlep to Blue Ribbon or Ki, you'll find plenty to satiate your sushi jones.

This is the best restaurant in Park Slope. The owner is a little precious and the staff can be rather pretentious, but the food is fantastic. Every dish I've had there has been
wonderful and picking standout dishes would prove difficult. Oh, ok. The Duck Pastilla Rolls, the Bucatini, Rack of Lamb. Even something as pedestrian as roast chicken comes alive at Tempo. It is easy to run up a large tab, especially if you take a wine "recommendation", but Park Slope would be a poorer place for the loss of Tempo

It's great having this restaurant in the Slope. The Kobe burgers are always delicious and the Tuesday Tasting Menus are a lot of fun. For a while they were opening on Friday lunchtimes, and I made a habit of going for the Avocado BLT which was truly excellent. It can get a little backed up, but given the size of the kitchen I think they work wonders.
