Looking for help in laying tile

I have a 640 square foot basement floor that I will be tiling with some porcelain 12x12's the second week in March (the 7th- the 14th.) The cement floor is painted and pretty much ready to go, just need to move some stuff from one side of the room to the other while we tile. Was going to do it all with my Dad, but his back is giving him trouble. Anyway, I will have all of the materials and just need some labor to help us out with cutting, mud work, laying and grouting. Any recommendations or quotes would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Brian

Latapoxy? Hmmm... I'm intrigued. Thanks. I'll check that out. The floor is basically raw cement that was treated (etched) then painted with that gray, cement colored, garage floor paint they sell at Lowes. I put a small bathroom floor tile on it with thinset and it worked pretty good, but I'll definitely check out Latapoxy. Thanks again

Yeah, It was painted with a garage/shop epoxy sealer long before tiling was ever considered.
