Posted by: bitter_bubble_buyer at November 23, 2009 10:27 AM in response to Forte Reboot Priced to Sell
CC are way too high, 900 a month for a 1000 sft apt? Its like you a renting the place and taking the downside risk. The CC should not be more then 500

I gave them a rent decrease on a two year lease. I actually think rents will keep going down and I needed a little insurance on at least one place. They pay rent on time and never complain.
Posted by: bitter_bubble_buyer at November 13, 2009 10:42 AM in response to Brooklyn Gold Joins the Downtown Rental Party
the rent is actually lower in this building if you sign a 2 year lease
Posted by: bitter_bubble_buyer at November 13, 2009 10:24 AM in response to Brooklyn Gold Joins the Downtown Rental Party
This is the building my tenant quoted me a price from to get lower rent.

stop and searches? What gives the police the right to stop and search somebody? What conditions would allow an officer to do that?

the owner next door should buy it and create a super wide brownstone. I think there is an arbitrage opp. here if any of you know what I am talking about?

I think its very hard to get that in Brooklyn right now unless you have a lot of equity already. I would have very low epectations going in.

You sure are smart!
Posted by: bitter_bubble_buyer at November 4, 2009 3:56 PM in response to Open Thread
11217 I dont like you either, you are a trouble maker.
Posted by: bitter_bubble_buyer at November 4, 2009 11:20 AM in response to Open Thread
if you like the place and cant get a better deal forget about what he pays. If its not such a great deal then move. Sometimes the landlord will give somebody like you the right t be on the lease but it sounds like the LL is fine with the situation and that is not an option
