Unit 2 went into contract instantly. One unit left at that price. Beautiful finishes and priced well. We looked at the Argyle. The interiors look pretty good but the exterior is extremely disappointing.

I saw the project. The place is gorgeous. The heating and cooling units didn't bother me.

There are only a few posts here, so let me suggest please putting *roof decks* (or other key words) in the brownstoner search box. This topic has come up on brownstoner before, and there are many excellent replies.
