I had challenging kitchen remodel completed by Lino. The building is a pre-war presenting many difficulties. Lino was incredible in completing the work and providing a masterful job on the cabinets, walls, ceilings, floors, and trim mouldings.

Hi zapzap
I was at an open house in our co-op building recently, and loved the bathroom, like mine it is small but unlike mine it looks fantastic. It was renovated last year and has a very pretty basin sink and a frameless glass panel which extends on half the tub, the rest is a clear shower curtain, designed for somebody with a small child, no glass door to open with a baby in tow. The tiling is just beautiful and I was impressed how everything worked together as everyone else was, she told me the contractor was responsible for most of the design. I have met the contractor, a nice guy because I want similar work done to mine this summer. If interested email me at Annetti32@aol.com
and I can give you his info.
Anne.

I had a horrible experience hiring Nayci Contracting for a large project. The father/son partners (Ayhan and Matt Nayci) sold themselves as a design/build firm and touted their own "architect." They said "yes" to everything we asked, we agreed on price. In the end, we were left with a half-working heating system, leaky plumbing, crooked framing and a poorly installed toilet (with 2 wax seals to make up for the height difference between the sewage pipe and the tile floor!). After we threw them out (much too late), we discovered that their plumber, "architect", and heating subcontractors were not licensed. It has been over a year now, and we are still paying to keep the results of their poor workmanship from destroying our home (leaky toilet, poor heating installation, etc.).

I had a terrible ordeal with Nayci Contracting. The father and son dual are crooks. They are still paying plantiffs from previous lawsuits. A recent client kicked both of them off the project because of their inferior work and their persistence in demanding money to complete the project. They are using their clients money to finance their personal porjects, as a result they are a cash flow problem. I confirm with Ack's statement that their plumber and subcontractors are not licensed. Basically, these loosers pay license professionals to certified their jobs. According the the BBB of NY they have 6 complaints against them over the last 36 months. According to Nayci's employees, the reason Nayci did not have more complaints was because they had only a couple of jobs in the last 12 months.
Stay Away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
