I use Promenade all the time, but only for airport runs, so I can't say anything about other trip fees. But in my case, they are completely reliable, usually show up in advance of my pick-up request, the cars are always clean (all Town Cars), the drivers usually ask me which route I prefer (which I would insist upon anyway), and I have zero complaints. I have them pick me up on return from the airport as well, and while that sometimes means a little longer wait than I'd like, I find them overall the best service I've used in 20+ years in Bklyn.

This is a steal for anyone that can use it or store for later use. We bought one the same size from a salvage shop in Bed-Stuy for $50 per section.
