Free, 15-foot beautiful red maple tree.
We have a 15-foot Red Maple tree in our six foot by eight foot front garden. The trunk is only four inches in diameter. The crown is not large and can easily be trimmed. Its leaves are a beautiful red in the spring and will remain so given sufficient sun light. Neighbors have often admired it then. However, in our case when the big oak city-street-tree leafs-out and limits the sun the maple tree leaves turn green. Then in the late fall the leaves turn a deep red before falling. We want very much to put our own garden in. But really don't want to destroy this tree. Therefore, we would be willing to give this tree (probably worth a lot of money) to any one who would uproot it and take it away.

Exterior Door
I am interested in replacing my wooden door. The one that goes from the outer vestibule to the inner vestibule of brownstone.
The original door measures 34" wide X 813/8" high.

I've been told to expect that an original gate (in the right size and all) is hard to find. But, not impossible. I also was told an original gate (repaired and installed) would cost around $2,500. No, I haven't found a good source. But I'm still looking.
