I had a cup this morning... if they keep the quality where it is, they will do great.

It is. I can see if out of my living room window. I won't miss seeing it.

You can find the floor plans on propertyshark. I also overlook it (I guess feral and I are neighbors). The truth is after living across from two empty buildings then a hole in the ground for a few years, I'll take an eyesore. I'm afraid it will look like the brick building in the background of the picture, but I'm holding out hope.
It is going up fast, in fact, the picture is already dated as they put up the front wall yesterday.

I live right across the street from this site. The old house is likely a carriage house - the house next door to me has one too that is still in use. I'm happy to hear that it may be moving towards completion again.

I guess no one noticed "Celebrating our 25th" in the picture.

Henry's End is great. I have had game there, but their other dishes are great too. The wine selection is really good. The wait staff is quirky (in a good way) and the decor is strange, but if you want great food and wine, it's top notch.
Mexicali is taken. It's on Court St. near Atlantic.

On the 5th floor, 503, 505, and 506/507 are for sale, another on the 4th floor listed here and a 3rd floor apartment is for sale. I looked at 503. It was nice, but I'm only interested in a 3BR and it was 2BR with an extra space that didn't really work as a bedroom.
