Milk Factory Exodus?
In the last few weeks we've seen a whole bunch of listings for places for sale in the Milk Factory Building (4th Ave and 5th Street). Is there is a reason so many people in that building are putting their places on the market now, or is it just a coincidence?
Also, does anyone have any info on what's going up on the vacant lot behind the building, on the corner of 4th Ave and 6th Street? How big is it going to be?
