I'm just entering the market place & I'm confused. I've been here and at the Torin. I really like the Q line at be@ and the K line @ the Toren. Both are exactly the same in layout and size and the prices are about $490,000. But when I check the size in square feet there is a huge difference. What makes be@ Schermerhorn so much more expensive? I really like Toren's design but I think the other building is in a better location and will be ready a lot sooner. Any advice or help from you wise real estate people would be greatly appreciated.
