Prospect Lefferts Garden Feedback
Anyone have feedback on living in the Prospect Lefferts Garden area? Seems like some streets are better than others? Is there enough cafes/bars and mellow but fun social life? Also, is the B train and commute really 30 mins to midtown? Any feedback would be great... thanks!

Carroll Gardens/ Gowanus Area for Living?
Does anyone live down or around West 9th or Huntington St and have feedback on living in the area? Thoughts on the neighborhood and the direction it has taken in the last six months? Pos/neg? Looking to buy in the area... thanks.

Live on Tiffany Place, facing Tiffany Place and not the BQE. We are on the 4th floor- we can hear a quiet hum when the windows are open and closed but don't mind the sound at all. It does sound like running water, like fassglass said.
No problem with exhaust to speak of... nice cobblestone street in my opinion.
