Nayci the Terrible Contractor
Beware of Nayci Contracting Associates, LLC.
Ayhan and Matt Nayci are a bunch of Money sucking theives and can be very intimidating. I have made a terrible mistake by hiring them as contractors. They have not paid any of their sub-contractors for jobs performed. In the meantime, Ayhan is still paying off plantiffs from prior law suits. Please check the BBB of NY on their horrible history. In the meantime,a recent client was willing to surrendor a $ 40K loss just to rid of himself of these two idiots and hired a new contractor.

Dear Roman,
Please do not pay another cent and force them to work until the next installment. Once you have accepted the fact that you will loose money and Nayci will not complete the project, you will sleep better. After he abandoned my job, I have founded a wonderful and honest contractor to take over the project. I had interviewed over 15 contractors until I found my current contractor. I would say about 12 of them were crooks or unreliable.
I know what you are going through. You need to stay on top of him to complete as much work as possible from the money that you had paid that Ayan and his bastard son, Matt.
Sincerely,
A.

Hi Giovanna,
I am very interested in suing contacting Consumer Affairs, but I can not afford the legal fees.
There are at least 4 projects that he is working on and he needs to be stopped! I have spoken to three of the owners and they have dug themselves into a hole and cannot get themselves out of it. Ayahn Nayci had left the country and his son Matt is in hiding.
Regards,

You have may a big mistake!!!!! Please do not give him any money. He had bounced bounces checks to the window guy, the staircase guy, the air conditoner guy.
The following are projects that he is working on:
1) Great Neck (Nassau Street) - This owner lives on the same street as Nayci. He paid 80% and Nayci completed only 50% of the work. He is constantly asking for money and the owner refuse until more work is complete. Work had practically stopped.
2) Little Neck Hills (Leed Street) - Owner kicked him out and took an approx. $ 40K loss, but can now sleep wih a new contractor.
3) Douglaston (52) - Abandoned the owner who paid 70% of the job and completed 50% of the work.
4) Flushing (161 st) - Full demolition, but no activity for a month. According to a vendor, the owner paid 40% of the job and there is just a whole in the ground.
Please check the BBB of NY.

I had a terrible ordeal with Nayci Contracting. The father and son dual are crooks. They are still paying plantiffs from previous lawsuits. A recent client kicked both of them off the project because of their inferior work and their persistence in demanding money to complete the project. They are using their clients money to finance their personal porjects, as a result they are a cash flow problem. I confirm with Ack's statement that their plumber and subcontractors are not licensed. Basically, these loosers pay license professionals to certified their jobs. According the the BBB of NY they have 6 complaints against them over the last 36 months. According to Nayci's employees, the reason Nayci did not have more complaints was because they had only a couple of jobs in the last 12 months.
Stay Away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
