Windows and DOB Regs
Does anyone know if you can install a window on the side of an attached building on the top floor if the building next to you is a story shorter? Is it an infringment of your neighbors air rights or just not permissable anyway? I think side yards are required in a new build but these are existing brick buildings so a different situation? Any info is appreciated.
