We got the note from her too, just when I was getting annoyed watching them launch debris from the 3rd floor window. Nice cloud of lead paint dust, yummy. I'd probably do it the same way though. We will all miss the parking spot.

Cherry Blossoms haven't really popped yet, they look better a little green and not ripe.

Mr. and Mrs. B, we are loving the high ratio of Clinton Hill posts. Keep it up and let us know the latest in the Tish/Bid.

Just checking in now, everybody posted at lunch seems like. I caught Brownstoner taking the photo above and stalked him back to his car calling out, "Hey you!" And when he didn't respond I said, "Hey, your famous," and his head whipped around. How often do you think he gets called out on the street? We chatted about the lot for a second, at which point I was dubbed a fountain of information. The owner has had this lot for a long time and he waited to long trying to get his price.

I'm also thinking the owner of the Putnam/Grand tenements should put up webcams, Brownstoner could have a live feed.

I'm all for a block association...Trees from Grand to Classon would make a big difference.
