415 Argyle Road is in Flatbush. But, specifically, it's in Ditmas Park right off Cortelyou Road, with a few good shops, restaurants and the Q train a few blocks away.

I seen a few apartments in this building. Overall, I like the look of this building and its location right off Cortelyou Road. Most of the apartments I've seen had very good layouts as well as light.
However, I remember a realtor mentioning to me that the sponsor had sold more than 75% of his units (10% down with NO Board approval) at 415 Argyle in the past five years. I have no idea if this is true. But, THAT would concern me, given current economic times.

Excellent selection of tile at decent prices at A&K Tile on 9th Street b/w 5th and 6th Avenues. Ask for Jerry.

Glad to know more amenities choices are opening up on Cortelyou. Hopefully, the food will be tasty at the Purple Yam.

I agree. Location is near all the amenities and transportation. But, what are all these 12-story buildings with hundreds of new residents on 4th Avenue doing to the existing - and crumbling - infrastructure? Both the "R" and "F" lines are packed during rush hour. And 4th Avenue floods quite often when there is heavy rain. When will we see any investment (public and/or private) towards improving our infrastructure?

Alas, Zilli, the Turkish place on 5th Avenue shut down a few months ago. I miss the burek, the labne and all the other tasty vittles. Looking forward to the new Turkish restaurant.
