I used Pablo Cuevas & Marissa Scali @ Douglas Elliman in Brooklyn Heights. They know Brooklyn well, I had a great experience with them.

I would suggest we all e-mail Marty Markowitz & David Yassky and ask them what they are doing about this.
If these city employees can't find adequate LEGAL parking spots then maybe they need to take mass transit like the rest of us. These egregious abuses and self declared entitlements need to stop.

I know times are tough but I was wondering where did all our wonderful brownstone renovators go that had been posting on Brownstoner? I was particularly enjoying the couple in Bed Stuy, haven't seen a posting since July.

I can't believe that anyone actually had a good experience with Corley Realty. They are HORRIBLE, particularly, Mike Corley, the owner. When you look at their website or call their office, they refer to themselves as "the best experience in real estate" They should change it to "the worst experience in real estate." Both buyers and sellers beware of this cut-rate shop.

Mortgage rates aren't set soley by the borrower's income, their credit score is a pretty heavy component of the equation.
