I don't hate it but it just reminds me of something you would see in the "edge cities" of Atlanta or Houston.

In my experience that's how they get their listings. At least at the Park Slope office. Offer way over market value to beat out the other agencies and get the listing.

Looks like the owners are making the rounds of P.Slope brokers. I believe this place was also listed with Warren Lewis in Dec. for 830k.
