Yeah, that's what we need, push the local government to create some kind of new initiative which would be not a priority for the PD, in the mist of major budget cuts and much bigger issues.

Brownstoner BK would not be the focus of a stoop drinking law anyhow.

Simpler to just not do something you know you're not supposed to do, and push the gov for bigger things.
