I have a contract signed on one of the duplexes in this building. I'm a fan of the building; inside and out. Two floors and over a thousand square feet right in Williamsburg isn't bad. For the price, I can't find anything like it.
I also looked at Northside Piers, which offered me half the square footage and a kitchen in the living room for the same price. The construction in the area for the next decade will ruin any view available.
Warehouse 11 has views of buildings surrounded by litter and graffiti. Thus, NForth was a no-brainer.
Everyone here will have different opinions on it. Cheap interiors, poor lounge area, etc. Different strokes for different folks. I can't wait to move in.
