bxgrl, saw the Benetton thread. Don't know much about Hasidim obsession with Benetton or the location and community it's in but I do bet they do their market research. I bought some stuff from them before and always see a bunch of colorful clothing but also quiet a bit of black and white. Their clothes are on the expensive side and have huge profit margins so adding cheap rent to it, I can see how they can make hefty profits just catering to one insular community in the neighborhood.

I love both old and new, if done right. Wait till I actually post pics of my remodel lol. It's all modern now and I replaced those ugly 50's pink and black tiles in the bathroom. The ones in Bucks County are plain old townhouses in communities within good school district (Counsel Rock). So I am talking Newtown, Richboro, Holland area. Love that area and half of my family is from there (some still live there).

In terms of West Philly, we'll have to discuss. I am talking about buying, rehabbing and strictly holding and renting out. This wouldn't be a flip job or as an investment to live in.
