I recently had work done by L&N masonary (347-407-1816)...found them on a prior post...and they were professional and easy to work with. No surprises, did what they said and needed to do. I'd use them again.

I recommend Lou from Aptoreno@yahoo.com (sorry lost his number). He did a beautiful tile job in my kitchen/bath. I used an expensive tile with numerous corners, angles, etc and it turned out as I expected/hoped (I was nervous though). I can send you pics if interested.

I had a good experience with Lou from 'aptoreno@yahoo.com'. He did a lot of different things for me such as floors, painting, tiling, fixtures, etc. Sorry misplaced his number.

I used Atlas Builders & Construction Company this summer. They did a great job with my walls and great prime and paint job. 718 612-5322. The company was licenced and insured (i ilive in a condo building so all paperwork had to be proper).

Lindsey "Jim" Lamm of Precision Paint and Tile is not licensed in NYC or NJ to do home improvement above $200. He falsely claims to be licensed.

My Is Jim Lamm. My company is Precision Paint & Tile. This to comment on the three negative postings about myself and my company.

I have been doing construction work for over 30 years. I built my first house from the foundation up when I was 18 years old. I was raised in a family where honesty, personal integrity, keeping your commitments, and pride in workmanship were taught as fundamental values, and the foundation on which to conduct all your affairs, both personal and business. If you made a commitment to someone, you shook hands and that was the only "contract" needed.

These are the principles on which I conduct my business.

Just as there are some bad and dishonest contractors, people forget that there also some very bad and dishonest customers, but regardless of this when there is a problem on a job, it is always the contractor who is blamed.

This is my website: www.precisionpaintandtile.com. Anyone can see my work, my values, and letters of reference here. I have over 200 similar letters on file. In the last twenty years out of hundreds of jobs and satisfied customers, it should not surprise anyone that a few of these customers may have been difficult, but even under these circumstances I have never left a job unfinished, nor given any customer anything less than my best work, and have always made every effort to work amicably even with the most difficult and demanding customers.

The two individuals who posted the three negative postings here are two examples of customers from hell. They have certain characteristics in common. The are amoral. They have a stupendous sense of entitlement, and and honesty and integrity are concepts foriegn to them. The also do what is known in the construction trades as "creeping the scope" After an agreement

Jim Lamm is an emotionally unstable person and an unlicensed contractor in both NJ and NY...buyer beware.
