Contractor recommendation
Reposting - the photo in the earlier post was not posted by me...
Sputnik13 posted here about him a couple of weeks ago, and I second his recommendation. We just finished a series of jobs with Beer and owe him a recommendations here.(This is where we found him) We had started several projects and needed help getting them finished. His price was fair and he was always on-time. We ended up hiring him for projects beyond our initial list. We are especially happy about him fixing the radiator knocks our building has had for years, and also how quickly he could update a rental apartment for us.

Prices are very reasonable and ambiance is Cozy - in a good way. I think they just opened up a week or 2 ago.

I'd recommend Beer. He's been reco'd in the forums here, and we've had great results working with him. His price is reasonable and he's finished on time, and works hard to make sure we are happy with his work.

Based on the recs on this thread we hired Pat and Leinster Contracting and were very pleased with our service.
Their price was fair and they were able to set up an appointment within the week.

The calculation of professional salary into value of groceries is kind of strange to me. Do you not go play in the park for a couple of hours because you could be earning income instead? The jobs at the co-op aren't rocket science. I find my shift is actually fun.
