Bad neighbours!
I've spoken to them, I've tried to be reasonable - but their smoke alarm goes off once in the morning, and three times every night. Garbage everywhere, and there is probably four families living in a legal 2 family at best.
Who do I complain to - any advice or experiences?

Soil - free to a good home!
Had to remove some good soil from my back yard. It's bagged up and free to a good home (about 12 bags), just email me and I will give you the address in Windsor Terrace for pick up only.

They knocked on my door last week in Windsor Terrace - sorry to point out the obvious but it was obviously a scam!
I shred everything with my name on it that comes through the door - so why would I suddenly start showing things with my name and address on it just beacuse some fool with a plastic badge asks for it!
I told him to wait while I went to get the Con Ed bill he asked for - poker was on ESPN so I got a little distracted - 5 minutes later he rang the door again - and that's when I told him to bugger off.

Looks like a good bar to me - will definitely give it a try.
Is it me or is this website becoming more and more depressing - without any of the above even trying this new bar they are already complaining about the description of its 'location', the food, the logo, etc etc.
Why don't you all either support someone trying something new or just piss off to the suburbs.

How about building a new airport out over the ocean - then when you land you can get a boat to Manhattan or Red Hook and then continue your journey from there?

I have posted 'soil' on this forum twice - 15 bags then 17 bags - all went from my front yard in less than 4 hours! All from backyard reno.
