Came across this thread on Infinity Windows from Marvin. While it's a little old, I read it with interest, since I'm the Infinity Product Manager for the NYC area. You're welcome to send me any comments, good or bad, and I will be glad to help you out any way I can (jmartinez@supermarvin.com). Regarding scratches on the bronze windows: while it's possible that you may have had scratches from dust (I'll take your word for it) I can't possbly believe that Marvin would blow you off like that. In my time here, I've found them to be extremely customer service oriented. BTW -If you still have scratches, there is a very easy way to buff them out. Please also know: the Infinity is an amazing window and the line is available in many styles. I generally see nothing but rave reviews from homeownwers.
To Scott and all.
