I have been in all of the units on two visits and I feel it's one of the best new condos on the market right now. I would love to get my hands on the 4th floor 1 bed w/ finished attic, the front one has a large terrace, the rear one has a balcony and smaller terrace. I am considering trying to sell my brownstone coop to get one of these, but I fear they all may be gone too soon.

50013, I would like to have whatever you're smoking. Three grand for a couch you can find in the Macy's basement furniture sale? If someone (hopefully not you) ever paid $10K for this couch new, I find it sad and despicable. Good luck moving this one for less than $800.

Just another hipster trying to fit in with the vandals of BK. I swear, can they just get their own identity already?

How many floors is this beast going to be? I am sure the stench from Kum Kau's kitchen/dumpster will be an attractive sales tool for this out-of-scale development. ugh.

I was there for a number of events on Saturday and Sunday, but I was brought to tears when they finally lit the monumnet Saturday at approx 5:20pm.
I am grateful for the people who worked so diligently to make this happen. I see this monument from my bedroom, I feel like I live on the mall in Washington D.C.

I am more upset over Silver Spoon Yogurt being closed yesterday with a sign in their window "Closed for Renovations". This store just recently opened, and didn't seem to need any renovations upon entering it last week.
Does anyone have any further info on this?

My neighbor was given a ticket recently. Even though our stoops are private property, it is still considered public space, as an open container is an open container.
I suggest using a plastic tumbler, which is what I always do when I want to enjoy some wine/beer on my stoop and watch the world walk by down DeKalb.

Famous Dave's would seem logical, but they are planning to open one in Times Square soon.
