Ballpark on a Gut Reno
I'm looking to buy a fixer-upper on a somewhat limited budget, and I have two questions. First whats the best way to go about getting an FHA loan? Second, what woudl be a ballpark range for a gut renovation of a 3 story brownstone? I know this varries based on structual integrity, etc. Bonus question: how long should I budget for a gut reno once it's underway. New to the forums so forgive me if this has been done before and i missed it.
