Looking for a sublet
We (non-smoking married couple plus dog&cat)are looking for a sublet for the months of May and June. We have recently bought in PLG and need a temporary apt. (1 or 2 br) while the PLG house is being renovated.

4 story limestone restoration
We have recently bought a 4 story limestone (1910) in Brooklyn. Most of the original detail is intact but a lot of the wood has been painted. Also, the house needs updated electrical wiring and some of the window frames need to be replaced. We would love to get some suggestions or recommendations on electricians, paint strippers, and window people. Also looking for someone to restore stained glass windows.

As a grown-up and very content homeowner in PLG I don't feel the need to ridicule and devalue other neighborhoods.
All the mudslinging is just way too childlike, and can only come from a small minded, ignorant, and quite frankly, very boring group of people.

Another retaurant/ bar would be nice. Enduro is a nice spot, but the food is average, let's keep it real.
