crimsonson - No anger at all, maybe just some snark. Do you want to tell me that either 4th Ave. or that building are pretty and desirable, especially at those prices. This building and its prices practically begs for snark.

I laughed at that, assuming it was a joke. 4th Ave. is trash, and this economy will meant it won't improve as soon as had been thought.
