Does anyone know what happened to the lower duplex? I have walked by several times, and the lights appear to be on and it seems that someone may have painted. I am assuming, based on the fact that the entire building is still for sale, that this apartment has been rented and not sold. Anyone know anything?

I have had two very enjoyable meals here. Even when the food misses the mark, I still admire them for taking risks and putting out thoughtful and creative dishes. Also, their cocktail list is always a hoot.

I really love this place. I have only eaten in the restaurant once, but I have ordered take out from here many many times. Everything I have ordered has been delightful, from the obanzai to the tofu to the sushi. I especially like the pressed sushi. In addition, I find that their specials are varied and excellent. This place is a real gem.
