Moldy Smell
The basement of my building flooded over the summer, and post clean up effort we have been smelling mold. I have read about mold to a degree and most sites recommend using borate based products to eliminate it. Any advice on what to buy?

1. Parking in Red Hook is easy as it is- why would you want a freakin' garage in the first floor that takes away your space? I could understand in other areas...
2. Anything next to public housing, Tuscan influenced or not, is never going to be worth the million dollars you pay for it. d-u-m-b

Coffee there is great, along with breakfast items. Red Hook needs another good bar and eatery on Van Brunt, its easy to get tired of the few we've got already.
