I LOVED 120 Lexington. It's the best priced condo in the area. Every unit has a private garage space AND spacious Terrace. Take a look for yourself! I went last week and met with many buyers who too were very impressed. The comments above are from Brokers representing condos across the street that aren't selling and haven't been selling. So Sad!
