High-Tech construction co. renovated my kitchen last year and they did a wonderful job. It was creative and the design team worked with me on a personal level to make sure my preferences were laid out. You can reach them at 1347-792-1266. All the best.

Troy: are you related to Hillary, who posted in the staircase renovation thread? Or maybe you're both just related to the boss at High-Tech?

The units at Grove St there are much overpriced for the worst part of Bushwick. The area is really bad, ghetto-like and dirty. The restaurants are local food places where I would not buy a banana. The supermarket close to the unit has rotten meat and vegetables only. Nothing organic or USDA certified. The local community board there does not fix anything, not even the pot holes, since the tax-payers there earn too little (or do not pay any taxes). The fence for the parking lot is low, any person can jump over and "access" the cars parked. One of the gates is not working as per today. Do not think that Wyckoff/Myrtle Avenues will get soon like Bedford Ave and North 7 St. in Williamsburg. Thats only one stop from 1st Ave in Manahattan and the development of Williamsburg started in the mid 80s, more than 20 years ago. Brokers like to inflate things in order to inflate their own commission. Why not saying the truth: Bushwick at Wyckoff and Myrtle Aves. is a neighborhood for poor people, very poor people. Loud streets day and night, cars with loud amps in it, speakers hanging out from the windows, people screaming and yelling to each other. And the public schools in that neighborhood? Guess how they are.
